At Caffenation Specialty Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise and equipment within 14 days of purchase.

Pack Your Items
Ensure the merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or ship to our warehouse address, keeping your tracking number handy for reference.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next coffee restock.
