How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast in small batches multiple times a week. Your beans are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive them at their peak flavor profile.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

While we recommend whole beans for maximum freshness, we offer various grind sizes including Espresso, Filter, and French Press. You can select your preferred grind on the product page.

How should I store my Caffenation coffee?

Store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate oils and aromas of the specialty roast.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

We ship worldwide via carbon-neutral carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
